Fixed minor issues on the ePay interface for RevPay. On smaller devices like mobile phones, the ePay header uses a smaller font for the location name and wraps text to the next line if space is limited. The ePay interface no longer prompts to install the application.

Bug fix: In certain circumstances, RevCheck by ABB Verify was unable to upload the verification PDF document if the practice user had deleted the necessary folder. Now, in that situation, the folder will be re-created so the PDF can always be successfully uploaded.
