RevPay Specific : The user has the ability to refund a RevPay payment on the invoice, at which point new tooltip and modal names will be displayed Void/Refund. Once the payment is successfully voided/refunded on the invoice, a credit and refund will appear in the patient file, accompanied by the appropriate reference notes.The reference notes will site the orignal RevPay reference number for the credit and new reference number for the refund on the refund entry. Furthermore, these transactions will subsequently be reflected in the relevant accounting reports as anticipated.

A new practice preference has been introduced in the Admin section under General > Practice Pref > Additional Pref > Accounting. This enhancement allows users to include voided payments on invoice printouts.Key Features:
A Yes & No button group is available, with No set as the default option.
When enabled, voided payments will be displayed on the invoice printout.
Voided payments will be marked with the code "VOID" and will include the original payment details.
The invoice will also show the text "- VOID <amount>" at the end.
All columns, except for Balance, will be left blank, with Balance always displaying as $0.00.

In accordance with USCDI version 3, we have introduced a new field to the Demographics section of the patient record, allowing users to document a patient’s tribal affiliation. Given the region-specific nature of Native American tribal affiliations, the options for the new dropdown menu are managed by the practice within the Admin module. You can find this new configuration screen by navigating to Admin > Data Configuration > Patient Information > Tribal Affiliations. You should reference https://terminology.hl7.org/CodeSystem-v3-TribalEntityUS.html for registered naming conventions and code required when entered tribes into the Admin settings.

In response to customer requests and the ONC Certification requirement a(5), we have introduced a feature that allows the recording of a patient’s preferred pronouns. This new functionality is accessible via a dropdown menu on the patient demographics screen. The options available in this dropdown can be configured in the Admin module under Data Configuration > Patient Information. Once a selection is made, it will be prominently displayed in the patient header for easy viewing.

In accordance with ONC standards we have updated the CCDA document for use USCDI version 3. CCDA stands for Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture. It is a standardized document format used in healthcare to represent clinical information, such as patient health records, in a structured and interoperable way.USCDI stands for U.S. Core Data for Interoperability. It is a standardized set of health data elements that the U.S. government has defined to ensure that electronic health records (EHRs) and other health IT systems can exchange information in a consistent and interoperable manner.
